Ricardo León is a Certified High Performance Coach, NLP Master Trainer, executive coach, and leadership trainer based in Dallas, Texas. Over a 25-year career as a Unix Systems Engineer in Fortune 500 companies, without a formal degree, he learned firsthand what it means to perform at a high level through discipline, resourcefulness, and relentless self-development.
