Ricardo León

Ricardo León grew up in a small East Texas town. No connections, no college degree, no roadmap. What he had was a willingness to outwork the room and figure things out as he went.

He spent 25 years as a Unix Systems Engineer in Fortune 500 companies, advancing through organizations not because of credentials but because of how he showed up: resourceful, dependable, and relentlessly focused on getting better. That career became his laboratory for everything he now teaches.

In 2015, he made the shift from engineer to coach. He became a Certified High Performance Coach through the High Performance Institute, the organization founded by Brendon Burchard, and earned his certifications as an NLP Master Trainer. He founded Circle of Success, a mastermind community for leaders in Dallas and online, and co-founded Baskets for Good, a nonprofit.

His book, R.I.S.E.: Reflections That Shape Who You Become, is the distillation of everything he learned across both careers: that the gap between where you are and where you could be is almost never a knowledge problem. It is a decision problem. And the right reflection, asked honestly, can close that gap.

Today he works with leaders, executives, and organizations who are ready to perform at a higher level — not occasionally, but consistently.
