I’ve had an Apple Watch for four years now and every hour I get a fitness reminder to stand up and walk around for a few minutes. I miss a few stand up reminders a day because I am “busy” working and what not I blow them off and I don’t stand up.
A small thought occurred .. How many times have I ignored standing up when I know that I should!~.
Today it was a reminder to stand up and take care of myself.
Stand up and do something positive for myself .
Stand up and do something that moves me towards my goals.
Stand up and do something healthy for me i.e drink water.
After today my stand up are reminders to stand up and get off my butt and make sure I am doing something positive for myself.
